Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS with 3+ years library experience; youth experience or equivalent.
• General knowledge of library work, youth services, and technology.

• French/Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Youth Services Department operations including programs, outreach, and reference services.
• Develop and review policies to enhance youth services collections and access.
• Monitor budgets and report monthly statistics for youth programs.
• Plan monthly programs (storytimes, book clubs) and coordinate events with schools.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners for programs and events.
