Qualifications

• Associate degree required;Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education or Public Administration.
• Three years’ experience coordinating or managing youth programs with at least one year in supervision.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
• Must pass a criminal background check including polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and administrative support for youth with identified needs and their families.
• Oversee participant case coordination, service planning, and program operations.
• Coordinate with schools, nonprofit organizations, behavioral health providers, and juvenile justice partners.
• Monitor participant outcomes, case activity, grant deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data collection; identify service gaps and drive improvements.
