Job summary

Leading Everyone To Success, Inc. seeks a dedicated supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for troubled youth and staff members. You will ensure compliance, manage records, coordinate services, and guide decision-making in a home-like setting.

You will participate in meetings, IEPs, and work with case workers to ensure all educational, medical, emotional, and social needs are met for the residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral, Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, or Childhood Education with 2 years of paid work experience in Social/Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate services for no more than 12 children.
• Manage, maintain and upkeep of all resident records, all medical contacts, counseling contacts, and doctor’s orders.
• Ensure all documents are clear, accurate, and completed by all staff members.
• Develop, complete, review, process, file, and submit documents and reports.
• Write assessments and ISPs, Progress Reports, Intake, and Discharge Summaries for each child.
• Coordinate ancillary and social services for the child.
• Monitor and update GA+ SCORE/SHINE daily and DJJ.
• Attend meetings, IEPs, probation officers, and work with case workers.
