Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Cambridge program, is seeking a part-time clinician to provide counseling and therapeutic support for youth and families. You will coordinate services, administer assessments, and document treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include family work, case management, and ensuring timely reporting. Prior experience in child welfare and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with behavior management, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Solid written and verbal communication; knowledge of child welfare agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to clients.
• Coordinate resources and advocate for clients and families.
• Administer assessments and prepare treatment and safety plans.
• Submit documentation and billing with timely, accurate records.
• Communicate with collateral providers and participate in supervision.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality services.
