Job summary

The Kingsley Association seeks a part-time Teen LEAD Curriculum & Program Assistant to design age-appropriate lesson plans and support middle to high school participants. You will deliver in-person program support three days per week during summer and school-year sessions, while also handling administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have a background in education, knowledge of SEL frameworks, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-3 years educational experience preferred.
Experience developing lesson plans or curriculum for middle or high school-age youth preferred.
Current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare lesson plans and curriculum for middle and high school participants.
Provide 3 days each week of in-person classroom and program support.
D edicate time each week to lesson planning and administrative support.
Prepare classrooms, materials, and supplies for daily programming; assist with setup and cleanup.
Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that supports positive youth development.
Build positive relationships with participants and families; support recruitment and enrollment.
Assist with attendance recordkeeping, data entry, and documentation for grant reporting.
Coordinate transportation, meals, field trips, and other program logistics as needed.
