Job summary

Detroit Recovery Project is seeking a full-time Project Director to lead the SBIRT program within the Youth Services Department. You will oversee implementation, staff supervision, grant deliverables, and coordination with the Program Evaluator and community partners to meet objectives.

You will prepare interim and annual grant reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote DRP's mission while maintaining professional conduct and a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in guidance and counseling, psychology, social work, education, business administration, public health administration, or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver’s License.
• Administrative experience including project coordination and staff supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Pro.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, coordination, and ongoing management of the SBIRT program within the Youth Services Department.
• Provide program leadership and supervise program staff; monitor grant deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Program Evaluator and staff to monitor outcomes and prepare grant reports.
• Maintain effective relationships with community partners, DRP leadership, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with grant agreements and applicable regulations; maintain program records.
