Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience minimum.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of systems designed to protect youth.
• Conduct proactive audits regarding youth safety and systems in place.
• Organize data collection activities for the audit office.
• Analyze reports and data trends to draw conclusions about safety measures.
• Participate in fact-finding investigations, including interviewing youth and staff.
• Collaborate to maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Prepare and present reports of audit results.
• Communicate departmental recommendations.
• Step in for area director as needed.
