Job summary

Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks an experienced Residential Therapist to join our QRTP team. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care from admission to discharge.

We support therapists with clinical supervision toward licensure, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Eligible licenses include: LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to help youth with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each youth’s goals.
• Collaborate with case professionals and treatment teams to ensure coordinated care from admission through discharge.
• Identify therapeutic needs and connect youth with additional resources as needed.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to promote trust, growth, and positive outcomes.
• Participate in clinical supervision, training, and case discussions to grow professionally.
