Job summary
Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Independence, IA is seeking an experienced Residential Therapist to join our QRTP treatment team. You will assess and treat therapeutic needs and provide mental health services from admission to discharge.
The role involves completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with case professionals to ensure positive client outcomes. Supervision towards licensure is available.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Eligible licenses include LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.
- Experience in QRTP or residential therapy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat therapeutic needs within QRTP.
- Provide mental health services and develop treatment plans.
- Complete clinical assessments, individual/family/group therapy.
- Collaborate with case professionals for clinical direction and outcomes.
- Supervise and pursue licensure goals with supervision opportunities.
