Four Oaks is seeking an Experienced Residential Therapist at Independence Campus, IA. You will assess and treat therapeutic needs within our QRTP, providing clinical direction and a full range of therapy services from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Eligible licenses include LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.
• Four Oaks will provide supervision toward full advanced licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat therapeutic needs within QRTP.
• Provide mental health services and clinical direction with case professionals.
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment plans, individual/family and group therapy.
