Four Oaks Enterprise in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Residential Therapist for its QRTP program. The role focuses on delivering individual, family, and group therapy to youth, performing clinical assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans to support each youth’s growth and safety.

You will collaborate with treatment teams from admission to discharge, identify needs, and connect youth with resources while building trustful therapeutic relationships.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required in SW, mental health counseling, or MFT.
• Licenses include LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.
• Four Oaks provides supervision toward full advanced licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with case professionals and treatment teams from admission through discharge.
• Identify therapeutic needs, recommend interventions, and connect youth with resources.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to promote trust and outcomes.
• Participate in training, supervision, and case consultation groups.
