Job summary

Albertina Kerr in Cornelius, OR seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support a youth residential group home. You will supervise staff, coordinate peer support, and assist with budgeting and compliance, Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications include at least one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Access to benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• One year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related field.
• Familiar with medication usage and side effects.
• Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule and provide peer support to diverse staff.
• Maintain a work environment emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide motivation and feedback to staff; address conflicts.
• Monitor staff training, incident reports, ISP goals, BSPs or other plans.
• Manage program finances with Program Manager and ensure staffing ratios.
• Build relationships with agencies, families, guardians, and staff.
• Participate in Licensing Reviews and Plans of Improvement.
• Interact with those served with dignity and personal choice.
