Job summary

Albertina Kerr Centers in Cornelius, OR is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our neighborhood group home and empower residents to reach their full potential.

You will mentor staff, implement core policies, coordinate services for each individual, and fill in as Direct Support Professional when needed to maintain staffing ratios. This on-site role requires strong leadership and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ education and/or experience with individuals with IDD or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Verbal and written English proficiency sufficient to communicate with staff and clients.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality of support.
• Lead, mentor, and train staff to implement core competencies, policies and procedures, and administrative rules.
• Coordinate services for each individual.
• Fill-in as Direct Support Professional when necessary to ensure staffing ratios.
• Act as primary contact for staff 24 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Prevent and resolve conflicts and lead and manage change.
