Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience and residential experience requested.
• Must be 21 years or older at hire date.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred; prior Holston Home experience is a plus.
• Satisfactory written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to perform direct care and manage youth during on-duty hours.
• Must have valid Tennessee driver's license and class D vehicle.”

Responsibilities
