Qualifications

• Ability to meet agency driving requirements and lift 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule and provide peer support to diverse staff.
• Maintain a work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and cooperation.
• Provide motivation and feedback to staff.
• Address conflict and model professional relationships.
• Monitor staff training, incident reports and ISP/BSP goals.
• Fill in to ensure staffing ratios and mentor staff.
• Assist Program Manager with program finances and budgeting.
