Montgomery County Juvenile Court is seeking a Residential Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical services for youth in a 40-hour work week at CAS and NRTC. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and licensure as LISW or LPCC.

You will coordinate programming, supervise the treatment team, and ensure compliance with standards while maintaining confidential records for court-related services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required.
• Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three days of appointment.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight of services for youth in residential treatment.
• Develop partnerships to provide relevant programming and coordinate with facility directors.
• Supervise treatment team and ensure adherence to standards of treatment delivery.
• Provide clinical assessments at time of admission as needed for program admissions.
• Maintain confidential clinical records and collaborate with Courts, contract providers, and licensing agencies.
