Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social sciences preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support for youth in shelter care and reception center.
• Deliver direct client care and model appropriate boundaries.
• Teach coping and problem‑solving skills and complete reports/documentation as needed.
