Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA NW) is seeking a Residential Assistant for a youth residential treatment center in Portland, OR. The role involves direct supervision, trauma-informed care, and medication administration within a structured living setting.
Shifts include Swing (3:30PM–11:30PM) or Graveyard (11:30PM–7:30AM); weekend coverage is required. Driving is mandatory, and a valid license/insurance is required.

Wage Range: Swing: $22.60 - $26.80 hourly; or Graveyard: $23.60 - $27.80 hourly

Residential Assistants (RAs) are responsible for attending to all youth-related needs during their scheduled work shift. This includes monitoring youth during their daily living activities and completing all relevant documentation, using trauma informed care to provide a safe environment for healing and recovery.
Benefits: Employees working 20 hours, or more are eligible for benefits. Benefits are effective from the 1st of the month following the date of hire.
