Arbor Circle in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a full-time youth services worker to provide quality, youth-centered care in a short-term shelter setting. The role involves crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management to support at-risk youth and young adults.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, a valid driver's license, willingness to work 2nd shift and some weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.
