Job summary

Anderson Health Services in Marshville, NC is seeking a dedicated Youth Care Worker for the 11:00pm–7:30am third shift. This full-time, hands-on role supports at‑risk youth ages 6–17, helping them build essential life skills in a structured, caring environment that promotes growth, safety, and resilience.

You will collaborate with the Treatment Team to create individualized care plans, model empathy and healthy coping strategies, and document progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or associate degree required.
• Two years of experience working with children ages 6-17 preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
