The role emphasizes safety, treatment quality, and collaboration across departments, with standard weekday hours and on-call responsibilities. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Administration, or related field; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of institutional programming and rehabilitation.
• Supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center to ensure safety and program strategies.
• Direct supervision of Unit Managers, Recreation Manager, and Religious Coordinator/Volunteer Coordinator.
• Ensure programming complies with accreditation standards and PREA requirements.
• Translate directives into facility-level priorities and monitor implementation.
• Perform daily rounds and address youth/staff concerns to improve safety and treatment.
• Occasionally serve in on-call capacity as needed.
