Job summary

Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Facility Program Manager for the Youth Rehabilitation Treatment Center in Kearney. You will lead a diverse team to maintain safety, effective programming, and high-quality life for youth in residence.

You will oversee scheduling, treatment groups, and compliance with accreditation standards, PREA, and state policies, driving continuous improvement and on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Administration, or related field; substitutions allowed year-for-year.
• Knowledge of principles & practices of institutional programming including educational/vocational training & rehabilitation; security requirements & techniques.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Unit Managers, Recreation Manager, and Religious/Volunteer Coordinator.
• Ensure programming is completed with integrity, including scheduling, therapy groups and graduate program.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure programs run as designed and produce outcomes.
• Conduct routine QA reviews of programming, living unit practices, documentation, schedules, and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to align programming and schedules.
