Job summary

State of Nebraska's DHHS Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center in Hastings seeks an experienced Facility Administrator to provide executive leadership and oversee 24/7 residential operations for female youth.

You will build a strong culture, manage budgets, collaborate with senior leadership, ensure compliance with PREA and licensing, and drive evidence-based rehabilitation goals while engaging families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; at least five years of leadership in juvenile justice or similar setting.
• Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based rehabilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, PREA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and 24/7 facility oversight for YRTC-Hastings.
• Lead operations, staffing, safety, and program services to ensure safe, respectful care.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Develop workforce and culture to support rehabilitation outcomes.
