Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR an associate degree with two years' experience.
• 4+ years of experience may substitute education requirement.
• Must pass a drug screen and meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Transition Conferences and assist with Transition Plans.
• Meet with Parent/Guardian of youth prior to release.
• Maintain contact with youth and families to monitor progress.
