NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Juvenile Justice Community Worker for the DYS Community Services Network in Lawrence, MA. You will support youth reintegration, assist with basic needs, healthcare, education, and vocational services, and coordinate with community providers.

Duties include home visits, transportation, and planning recreational activities. Flexibility after 5PM and 11-15 weekend hours per year are expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with youth in a direct care role is required.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable and insured vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and community supervision of youth in the program.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community-based organizations.
• Conduct home visits and transportation to appointments.
• Plan and run recreational activities and supportive services.
