NFI Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its residential youth program in Beverly, MA. The role supports clinicians with scheduling, case coordination, documentation, and family communications, and may assist staff in milieu activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and experience with youth, strong communication, organization, high energy, and a valid driver's license; on-call coverage included.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth population required.
• High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Support clinical and management staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Clinical case management; data entry and collateral communication for program youth.
• Participate in day-to-day program structure including groups/activities when possible.
• Provide documentation for weekly TEAM meetings.
• Participate in community meetings.
• Available for crisis intervention and support in the milieu.
• Perform physical intervention in the event of a youth crisis.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the Agency’s policies and procedures.
• Support the administrative team with 24 hour on call coverage
