Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Recreational Manager for the South Florida Youth Academy in Miami to oversee daily recreational activities that are educational, physical, and constructive. You will lead a team, report to the Clinical Director, and help create a positive, safe environment for youth.

The role requires a BA/BS in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience and a working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture, demonstrating leadership to maintain a constructive

• Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
• Leadership ability to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily recreational and leisure time that is physically challenging, educational, and constructive.
• Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director and coordinates with staff.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment and effective service delivery for youth.
