Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.
• Valid in-State Driver's License and meet insurability; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise a comprehensive and diverse recreation program for students.
• Coordinate recreation activities with CPP and Social Development, including evening programming.
• Partner with local community resources to expand recreation and leadership activities.
• Ensure safe practices and compliance with program safety guidelines.
• Document student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials, recommend purchases, and perform basic repairs.
• Oversee the overall appearance, condition, and organization of recreation facilities.
• May oversee the student recreation aide program.
