Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet all pre-employment requirements, state regulations, and licensing.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with at-risk populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer recovery support to youth and connect clients with community resources.
• Align services with individual treatment plans and case plans.
• Teach, reinforce, and motivate clients toward positive behavioral change.
• Assist clients in developing coping skills and recovery strategies.
• Advocate for client needs and coordinate care between clients, families, and professionals.
• Prepare for job interviews and social service applications; support court-related prep as needed.
• Assist with development of individual safety plans and case plans.
