Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our inpatient youth mental health program. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and lead group and family therapies to support recovery in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred).
• Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.
• Passion for working with youth and families.
• Commitment to CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days.
