Perimeter Behavioral Healthcare of the Ozarks in Springdale, AR is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and support services within a multidisciplinary treatment team for children and adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human or Social Services Field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong understanding of clinical treatment and social casework principles.
• Knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation, discharge planning, and therapeutic passes.
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and program staff meetings.
• Contribute to quality management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding therapeutic passes.
• Liaise with referral sources and mental health professionals.
• Identify and address resident needs (social, legal, family, educational).
