Job summary

Family Ark is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and families in a supportive, collaborative setting.

You will conduct biopsychosocial intake assessments, develop and revise treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation while meeting professional and ethical standards. The role offers a strong team culture, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• 2 years of like social service experience in the discipline.
• Professional clinical licensure preferred (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW); associate licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality therapeutic interventions in the behavioral health office setting.
• Conducts a biopsychosocial intake assessment covering history, trauma, family, environment, and risk.
• Completes clinical documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Collaborates with other service providers with client consent.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy to youth and families.
• Maintains billable hours and responsive work schedule.
• Maintains all client case records and referrals.
