A mental health services provider in Baltimore is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Specialist to oversee youth psychiatric rehabilitation services. The role involves providing clinical oversight to staff, developing rehabilitation plans, and ensuring quality service delivery. Candidates must be licensed mental health professionals with at least two years of experience or hold CPRP certification. A flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with emotionally disturbed youth.
• Must possess licensure as a mental health professional.
• CPRP in good standing is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to Direct Care Counselors.
• Develop and approve Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs).
• Conduct case reviews with clients and families.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance development.
• Engage in outreach and community education.
• Monitor program documentation for quality assurance.
