Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in Baltimore is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Specialist. You will oversee the psychiatric rehabilitation program, develop rehabilitation plans, and supervise Direct Care Counselors. The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with at least 2 years of experience working with emotionally disturbed youth. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 2 years experience working with emotionally disturbed youth.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual rehabilitation plans alongside Rehab Team.
• Review and approve monthly progress reports for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) clients.
• Conduct reviews of client’s Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
• Review contact notes from Direct Care Staff to monitor client progress.
• Assist Program Director in identifying staff training needs.
• Regularly review documentation for quality assurance.
• Provide supervision and direction over the PRP program.
