Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with clinical counseling coursework.
• At least three years’ experience in related fields, including two years in supervision.
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist or licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision within an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Coordinate clinical activities, staff training, and ensure quality assurance.
• Assess psychosocial needs, engage clients, and deliver rehabilitative services.
• Contribute to program decisions and provide clinical supervision; respond to emergencies after hours.
