Job summary

Kiwanis International in Indianapolis seeks a Youth Protection Associate to manage youth protection compliance, process background checks, and support related programs. You will oversee processing and tracking of youth/adult compliance under guidance, collaborating with staff and departments.

The role shares responsibilities within the team and supports tactical initiatives, working to ensure consistent, compliant operations across programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in data administration, management, or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years in research, database management or account management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with multiple databases containing confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100 percent compliance with youth protection policy requirements.
• Develop tracking processes for existing and new requirements.
• Gather information and report on assigned compliance rates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned compliance program(s).
• Provide planning and administrative support to carry out program activities.
• Respond to and initiate calls and emails.
