Job summary

Greater-Kc-Linc is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support our facilities across the United States. The role emphasizes on-site support, safety compliance, and daily operational tasks to maintain a welcoming environment during part-time hours.

You will collaborate with staff to respond to site-specific needs, assist with setup/breakdown, and help visitors and team members. Flexibility and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
