Job summary

Kiwanis International is seeking a Youth Protection Associate to support the Service and Leadership Programs Operations team in Indianapolis. The role manages youth protection compliance, processes adult background checks, and tracks program-related compliance under supervision.

The position requires in-office work at least three days per week and collaboration with staff across departments. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, responding to inquiries, and developing tracking

Qualifications

• Associate degree in data administration, management, or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years in research, database management, or account management.
• Experience handling confidential personal information and working with volunteers.
• Experience with tracking systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance with youth protection policy requirements and documentation.
• Develop tracking processes for new requirements and maintain records.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned compliance programs and respond to inquiries.
• Provide planning and administrative support to meet program needs.
• Participate in staff meetings, cross-functional teams, and department events.
