Job summary

Kiwanis International, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Youth Protection Associate to manage youth protection compliance, adult background check processing, and program tracking. The role operates within the Service and Leadership Programs Operations team and reports to the Strategy & Operations Manager.

The position collaborates with staff across departments to implement compliant processes and maintain data integrity, with in-office requirements and potential additional in-office days as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in data administration, management, or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years in research, database management, or account management.
• Understanding of customer service and member stewardship practices.
• Capable of maintaining positive working relationships.
• Experience in a collaborative environment.
• Development and delivery of tracking systems and processes.
• Conflict management.
• Experience with confidential personal information databases.
• Experience complying with statutes and rules related to access of personal information.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation and tracking processes for existing and new requirements.
• Gather information and data and report on assigned compliance rates.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure consistency.
