Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences as described.
• Three years of work experience with adolescents or related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervision and planning with multi-system teams to refer youth to services.
• Oversee crisis bed placements and coordinate with families and facilities.
• Conduct program intake interviews and gather social histories for court presentations.
• Prepare written reports, probation summaries, and participate in case staffing.
• Ensure compliance with court orders and coordinate placements/referrals.
• Present cases in court hearings and prepare probation reports.
