Job summary

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: dedication to working with at-risk youth with strong interpersonal skills.
Licensing/Certification: Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record.
Background Check: ability to pass criminal background and child abuse/neglect checks.
Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing weekly youth programming and events.
Support outdoor and indoor recreation activities, including sports and trips.
Assist in cultural activities and trips for youth (arts, song, dance, canoe experiences).
Support community-wide youth activities and youth leadership events.
Attend and participate in community meetings related to Youth Services.
Maintain positive contacts with youth, families, staff, and partner agencies.
Other duties as assigned.
