Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Youth Development & Sports Coordinator in Eatonville, FL. The role combines youth development at the home Club with involvement in BGCCF sports leagues, delivering programming across core pillars and ensuring safe, engaging experiences for youth ages 6–18.

The coordinator will manage daily activities, assist with program planning, and uphold safeguarding policies while collaborating with senior staff and league leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in education/youth development/recreation/sports management preferred.
• Experience with youth programs, clubs, or sports leagues is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with youth, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Outcome-Driven Club Experience across core program pillars.
• Coordinate BGCCF sports league activities including check-in and site setup.
• Maintain safety protocols and child protection standards at all times.
