The Youth Development & Sports Coordinator is a dual-assignment, part-time position supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida in two settings.

During regular Club hours, the Coordinator serves as a Youth Development Specialist at the home Club, delivering an Outcome-Driven Club Experience across the Core Program Pillars: Academic Success, Career Development, Character and Leadership, Health and Life Skills, the Arts, Sports, Fitness and Recreation, and Social-Emotional

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Outcome-Driven Club Experience across core pillars (Academic Success, Career Development, Character & Leadership, Health & Life Skills, Arts, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, Social-Emotional Well-Being).
• Support BGCCF sports league sites as scheduled and coordinate with home Club leadership to advance youth development goals.
