Job summary

City of Boston is seeking energetic individuals to support youth sports and recreation programs across BCYF sites. You will assist staff with activities, drills, games, and events, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.

Ideal candidates are passionate about active living, able to work with a team or independently, and may assist custodial and building services as needed. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth preferred and capable of supervising activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with participants and families.
• Interest in promoting active lifestyles and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with youth sports, recreation programs, clinics, practices, and events.
• Help with setup, supervision, engagement, cleanup, and equipment handling.
• Provide welcoming and respectful support to youth and families.
• Support custodial and building services as needed and participate in civic activities.
