Responsibilities

• Assist staff with youth sports, recreation programs, clinics, practices, open gym, leagues, and events.
• Set up, supervise, engage participants, and help with cleanup; organize equipment; maintain a safe gym and fitness space.
• Serve as a positive role model for youth and families.
• Participate in civic engagement and city beautification efforts with the Boston City Youth Corps.
