Job summary

Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center in National City, CA seeks a Youth Program Coordinator to support planning and coordination of youth and family programs, including the Children’s Garden and Nutrition Education Program, Chefcitos, Garden Explorers, and high school initiatives. Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in program coordination in education, health, or community settings.
• Commitment to nutrition, agriculture, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of field trips, on-site and off-site programs, and family activities.
• Support invoicing for paid youth and family programs.
• Develop and maintain programming calendars and track data.
• Support High School program recruitment and partnerships with local schools.
• Provide administrative support and assist with lessons as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for community members interested in olivewood programs.
