Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County seeks a Child Care Site Administrator to lead after-school enrichment programs for Kindergarten through 6th grade at Stark County partner schools. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and create engaging activities that foster growth.

Position requires morning and afternoon shifts (630am–9am, 3pm–6pm) with Monday–Friday availability; previous youth program leadership and an endorsement or degree in education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement or CPL Level 3 or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 18 years old with HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow.
• Coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills and build young leaders.
• Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child.
