YMCA of Central Stark County seeks a Child Care Site Administrator to oversee after‑school enrichment at partner Stark County school sites. Lead a welcoming program, coach staff, and ensure safety, belonging, and growth for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Starting pay is $15.65/hour. Availability Monday–Friday for AM & PM shifts is required; shifts run 6:30am–9:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, varying by location.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday–Friday for AM & PM shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.

• Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child.

Starting Pay: $15.65/hour

Position Details:

• Must be available Monday - Friday for AM & PM shifts


• Shift hours: 630am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm (varies by location)


• Serve children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at one of our partner Stark County school district locations

What You'll Need:

• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.


• Ability to pass a background check


• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience with staff development & school-age children


• Basic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
