Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County seeks a Child Care Site Administrator to lead a welcoming program for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at partner Stark County school districts. You will help children feel safe, connected, and inspired to grow, while guiding staff development and maintaining program quality.

The role requires OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree, plus the ability to pass a background check and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required).

As an Out of School Enrichment Coordinator, you will:

• Lead a welcoming program where every child feels safe, connected, and inspired to grow


• Coach your team to create experiences that strengthen social-emotional skills, build confidence, foster friendships, and develop young leaders.


• Champion program excellence by leading daily operations, maintaining licensing and quality standards, and creating exceptional experiences for every child.

Starting Pay: $15.65/hour

Position Details:

• Must be available Monday - Friday for AM & PM shifts


• Shift hours: 630am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm (varies by location)


• Serve children in Kindergarten through 6th grade at one of our partner Stark County school district locations

What You'll Need:

• OCCRRA School-Age Endorsement, CPL Level 3, or an associate's degree (or higher) in education or a related field.


• Ability to pass a background check


• At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED (required)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience with staff development & school-age children


• Basic knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice
