YMCA of Central Stark County in Ohio is seeking Before and After School Assistant Teachers to support K-5 students in partner elementary schools and YMCA branches. You will lead safe, engaging activities before and after school hours, 6-9am and 2-6:30pm, with hours varying by district schedules.

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed high school or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead activities with students in arts, sports, STEM, and social and emotional skills.
• Foster relationships with parents, school staff, and other adults to support each child.
• Ensure safety and provide proper supervision during program times.
• Meet State Licensing and Step Up to Quality requirements for a quality care environment.
